North of London | We have nothing like that.
Had standing water after the heavy rains last weekend but land is all tiled so those ponds are gone.
Land looks dry on top but with our CLAY loam soil it is just too gummy to work yet and still raining now so tomorrow is out.
If we are lucky we will not get too mach tonight and maybe Monday or Tuesday the wheels can roll.
BTW we do not have flat land like that, the water ends up in the low spots in ponds when it rains a lot and will take a lot of soil with it if we do not do things right. | |
