W. Michigan | My MXM 120 is cutting out at high throttle, sporadically and it started doing it today. It is like for a fraction of a second the injector pump shuts off. Now, on top of the injector pump there is a solenoid which has an electric wire off it. I have had it give trouble before that it will not start up but if I disconnect and reconnect this wire from it, it will start. I am thinking maybe this solenoid is bad or going bad. I'm not sure it is called a solenoid, but it looks like it screws down in to it. Any help is greatly appreciated. | |
