Depending on what you cook in it I either just wipe them out with paper towl and re oil, clean it out with hot water only (NO SOAP EVER) or believe it or not kosher salt. Have a cusion that showed me that trick and I about flipped the first time he did it but it works really good. Lot of times you put 1/4 cup kosher salt and take a rag and just scrub it down till you get all the junk off of it. Dump salt and rewipe it out and your good to go.

EDIT: NEVER use plastic utensils. Or try not to as much as possibile.
