Silicon Dust has the hd homerun series that work over the home network that works with computers, tablets, and smartphones. If you have plex pass account it is supposed to take the place of windows media center with the channel guide.
I use a Silicon Dust tuner for all my over the air TV. I've got a complicated setup with a MythTV box doing my recording and Kodi running on Amazon Fire boxes at each of my TVs. We discussed with friends a few days ago that we would struggle with traditional cable or satellite TV.
