A new USB external tuner will be quite affordable. I use one sometimes to grab terrestial TV snippets for youtube etc A lot of the on-demand services have no way to properly save other than sceen record. ( option - https://www.amazon.com/Kworld-Tuner-Tuners-Capture-UB435-Q/dp/B001LQEEEA )
