Are you sure about not being able to operate a drone from a vehicle cab? I see nothing about that, and don't remember any such statement in Part 107 studies. Here's the regulation in it's entirety:

107.25 Operation from a moving vehicle or aircraft.

No person may operate a small unmanned aircraft system –

(a) From a moving aircraft; or

(b) From a moving land or water-borne vehicle unless the small unmanned aircraft is flown over a sparsely populated area and is not transporting another person’s property for compensation or hire.

Note that part "a" says not from a moving aircraft. But, there are waivers being granted for that exception. But...no mention of cabs or enclosures in the rule that I can see. Again, this is Part 107 which commercial operation. Recreational use would have less restriction. Sparsely populated areas are country side settings, or even towns with no people around.

Do you know of something I don't?

Finally, for the OP, nothing bad will happen re. YouTube music. I did have one video "muted" by YouTube a couple of years ago due to using the United Airlines theme music, which is really a classical composition anyway. They allowed it to play for over a year, then when I checked later, I noted it was muted.
