Subject: What to use for covers

So we bought a JD air seeder for soybeans and wheat but my main reason for buying it was to make cover crop seedling fast and painless. I have black rollers green rollers and yellow rollers. We chop 800 acres of corn silage and have 400+ acres of beans. We inject 10 million gallons of manure per year as well. Rye is my go to right now as we are north of Minneapolis 60 miles. It grows quick and brakes dormancy early in the spring. I have 2 tanks on the cart and could put in my smaller rollers for another seed in the front tank. What would be peoples suggestions? I would like to plant covers and then inject manure at a later date hopefully roll the field and then no till in the spring. We currently have Dietrich no till injectors and will focus on leaving the field as smooth as possible.
