I don't know that they are a magic bullet, but you're adding more diversity to your rotation and the plants do seem to slow down water running off here. also see more work hole now. So many worm or work holes per sq foot is supposed to equal 4000 ft of 4" tile per acre, hur I don't have the number in front of me right now.
