Subject: 2002 F250 Power Steering Hose Replacement

SD
High pressure line next to the power steering pump let loose tonight on my 2002 F250 service pickup. I was able to remove it before dark.
Does the system need to be bled or can I just install the new line and add some power steering fluid? I researched a little on the net and I see some guys say to jack up the front end so both steering wheels are off the ground and move or cycle the steering wheel left and right to cycle the system with the engine off?
How many quarts of power steering fluid will I need? I was thinking a couple quarts should do it.

TIA
