Subject: Bosch "A" pump

I just got a Deutz f3l912 irrigation engine with a bosch a pump. It is an ex military unit and sat for a while before I got it. When I first tried starting it I couldn't get fuel to the injectors so I did all the normal stuff of fuel pumps and filters and lines. I got fuel pressure to the inlet of the Bosch pump but couldn't get fuel out. I took the inspection plate off and found out the rack and plungers were stuck. After a couple hours of farmer injection shop work and gentle tapping and spray lube I have it loosened up.

Now my problem is even with everything moving right I'm only getting fuel to one cylinder. The #1 and #2 plungers don't squirt any fuel. Any ideas?

Thanks!!
