Cedar Rapids, Iowa		9600 baud is the default.

You can use a plain old terminal program if you know the commands to send.

NovAtel's official software is free to download from their website, NovAtel Connect.

You can probably use my configuration utility as well, many of the commands for the Ag-Star are the same as the other receivers.
