I attached some pics of my setup, maybe it can help
My Hardi Explorer is directly connected to a trimble 500+ezboom( bought the sprayer without its controller box)
The pump is a 6 diaphragm but with the flow rate switched off,the pressure is jumping slightly, so I think my pump is not 100%??
Could that maybe have an affect on the regulating valve when switched on?
You see, my brain tells me: the flow running over the flowmeter butterfly is pulsating because the pump is faulty, that gives a irregular signal which the regulating valve respond to, irregularly ?
