Subject: Be careful around hydraulic lines

Farmer down the road has a 19 year old grandson joining his operation. The other day they had a leaky hydraulic hose on the back of the tractor the grandson was working on under pressure (pump running). He unknowingly grab the hose right where the pin hole leak was at. Shot through his leather glove and cut up his hand. He's had 6 surgeries in 3 days trying to save his hand. They already know he will loose use of 1 or 2 fingers and his hand will never operate properly again. I guess when that oil gets into your blood it's a bad bad thing. Definitely has changed my mindset on how I'll act around leaky hoses. Be careful out there.
