We are pulling GPS out of the diagnostic port back near the Nav on a NH T8 series tractor to feed into an Ag Leader system. Does anyone know if the GPS location coming out of that location is the exact same as if it were plugged directly into receiver? Also, if you either nudge or re-mark the A-B line does it in any way shift/move or alter the GPS location after doing so? For example, if you are planting the headland and have to nudge the second pass of the headland for whatever reason, will it do anything to screw up what the Ag Leader sees as it location and make clutch shut offs turn on or off by the nudged amount. Sorry if this isn't exactly clear.

No, the GPS data from the diagnostic connector is not the same as the data directly from the receiver. the data from the Nav is compensated for terrain, so should be a more accurate representation of your vehicle centerline.

shifting a guidance line will not affect GPS data fun the nav or the receiver.
