Subject: What is it?

Oklahoma
Interesting to see what others find in barns and such. This was in a barn on a place we now have and just now got a picture of it since it is buried in the back behind stuff. I am guessing it is some kind of a wash/cleaning plant but I have looked all over for a ID plate or name and can't find anything. Basically 3 tubs with an overflow cut into a side where it will spill into the next lower tub. Bottom tub has a hose running underneath to a washer pump and engine which pumps water up to the hose sticking out the top. There are two "flumes" that are sized just right to run from the top tub to the bottom tub, one is solid, the other has a "false bottom"/screen to let water run out into tub 2 and whatever is in it to run to the bottom tub. There is another hose running up to a pressure gauge on the upright bar but the hose it broke off underneath. Up high there is a big bar with 4 loops on it and then up higher is a big hoop about the size of a 30 gal drum.

Any ideas? Awful big but wondering if the family can use it for washing garden stuff. Thanks.

Edit to add, the circle thing is like a lazy susan found in one tub and another has a set of screens and baskets.
