waterloo iowa | I popped over a hill on a gravel road with the planter yesterday and there was a woman running 60 in the middle of the road ,she never slowed down and there was a shallow ditch next to a driveway so I pulled into the ditch ,I know this woman has wrecked 2 cars in the last couple of years, and probably doesn't have insurance but I am sure I would have been the one to blame if she hit me. | |
