Subject: RE: Rate Controller and Flow Meter

NW Iowa
The pump is a electric shurflo 4211-035 I believe. I do not have a control valve. It comes out the tank into the pump then thru the raven 15P from there back to a dosatron and then distributed out to a set of wigler ball monitors and to each row thru totally tubular. My understand is the flow controller is a PWM Closed system and the raven flow meter will regulate the flow amount. When I had the valve set as a standard valve I could get water delievered thru the system but was only registering 0.7 gallon/acre and the flow was much higher than that... since I have been recommended to change it to a PWM Close system I have been unable to get the pump to deliver any water when I do a speed test or even try a nozzle calibration... It is being controlled by a height sensor switch on the planter fram wheels. Attached a picture of what my current settings are.. apparently on the old rate controller this setup worked but believe biggest issue is I have the new rate controller. Thanks

Anthony
