Finally got it going.
Turns out the outback cant read a DNS address, you must put in a numerical IP address 168.4.70.123 instead of caster.godigifarm.com
Seems to work great so far.
What is really nice I don't need any device except my cell phone, and a usb wifi adaptor from Outback, and my digifarm caster information and I have an an RTK fix.
