2 pieces of #9 copper wire bent at 90* Its not accurate but I can get pretty close. Invite the neighbors over see what they can find.
This should work doesn't even have to be copper. Wife was a locator for a while years ago and part of her training was using bent locating flags to find buried lines. Had her trace the copper line to the LP tank a while back....
