House next door to mine has been foreclosed on and is heading to auction. Zero chance of the original owner getting caught up. The house is a liability on the property with a failed foundation and loaded with zonolite (sp?). There is value to me as it abuts my property but I don't know how this whole foreclosure thing works. How could I discount this with what is known about the property.
