Bastard I in weatherbell has been throwing water in the fire that was Arlene. Makes no sense to even call it a storm given temps and where it's located. If there was going to be a named storm the one impacting outer banks tomorrow morning deserves a name way before Arlene. Of course by naming Arlene we can make spectacular claims regarding climate change and other stifff.
