| I don't know about MD but other jurisdictions will give you a break on your proprety taxes if you are in AG or will give you a break on your building fees and requirements if your building use is AG.
The minute you break that AG requirement and start doing commercial business on your proprety or doing "commercial" work in your AG building you get into trouble with the revenuers I mean the county.
From most cases I have seen locally usually it's some stupid neighbor that bought a house next to someone and then starts complaining with the county.
On another forum I heard of a guy who was restoring old cars, trucks and equipment in a horse area with 2-3 acre lots in an old barn. Neighbor complained about him working in his barn. County said he could only store stuff in his barn not work on it. So what did he do he called all his buddies out from his old truck club and burned the midnight oil in the driveway for a few nights. | |
