IF this was resolved what did he pay the $500 fine for???Relieve that he didnt have to pay 60K???

I find it interesting the order allows him to continue to park his trucks on this parcel?

But it also states this isnt over,,any further complaints from neighbors would result in more charges and fines.

Sounds like a very unfriendly place to live. Wonder what happens if he builds a shed and parks inside it?
