I always listen closely to what JP says, and from his posts he has made it clear that he thinks price needs more time to transition. As much as I was hoping for a rally to move some old crop- it hasn't happened and I'm coming around to his "counter-seasonal" thinking. The hardest thing about these formations is that they are boring us to death. We have rallies and drops, but it's all within the swing. So, it toys with our emotions with any rally thinking that price is going to take off, then selling off and making us think we are on the verge of a big drop. I truely think that patience could and will likely pay off this year. After the last number of years- locking grain away in a bin will make money again. If you think that since it's wet that price has to rally now -the market will not do anything until it is ready.
