If he is healthy sometimes you can skip a meal than they get hungry enough to suck and than your on your way. But I have also had a calf that would never suck. Tubed it everyday twice a day for 3 months till I weaned it. I wanted to feed it longer but he got too big for me to wrestle to tube him anymore. Good luck.
