northern IL | The cord or something is holding the extendable arm to close to the door and the ring drive has no mercy on the arm And spout when the auger wheels are trying to push the the center of the unloader away from the door . I had my old surface drive do this years back but it would just bury the bull wheel. Before figuring this out I over greased it and burnt the contacts out inside the transition ring by the grease conducting current between the hot and ground.
If the augers are just to the left of you when you enter the door its a good chance that this is what it is .
