Subject: MX240 oil leak at SCV.

Boone, Iowa
Last summer, I pulled all my SCV blocks off the tractor and I replaced all of the cartridges. I noticed last fall, I had a hydraulic oil between the #1 block and the transmission cover. I took everything back apart and saw that the bottom gasket was ripped. I thought that was the problem and carefully put everything back together with a new gasket and o-rings. I noticed today, the oil is still leaking. It is dripping out of a hole in the thick transmission cover, which is right below the #1 SCV. There are no o-rings between #1 SCV and the transmission, but there are o-rings sandwiched between #1 and #2 and again between #2 and the top plate. Any idea what I am missing or doing wrong? Do I have a bad o-ring around the cartridge?
