Have you tried switching the meter or seed tube or cable drive to different rows to see if it follows any part or if it stays with the row? Have you looked inside the meter to make sur everything looks correct Last year on the first field I was planting a piece of bean straw got into my meter across the seed exit and some of the seeds where hitting it messing up my spacing.
