NW MN		Not saying this is the issue but hp has built-in expiration dates in their ink.

Ink cartridge might be perfect but since the label or chip in the cartridge is telling the printer it's too old to used printer won't to "protect" the printer.

No good answer except don't initially stockpile ink, buy as needed.
