Sorry ,every new land sale here sets a new higher price--- a young lady near here is pushing rents up by $100-150 acre---lots of new machinery and $75k + pkps. bought this yr.....not me ,but many seem too have unlimited funds and they are spending it too.........hopefully for everybody that is being taken advantage of by there buyers you will get a nice gov't check too make you feel better
Anybody ever consider or care what endusers can pay?
