The steering gets stiff at times. It comes and goes but it's the worst at 1600--1700 rpms.  It is also causing oil heating when running hyd moters.

We have rebuilt the feed back cylinder and 1 steering cylinder that seemed to heat when on full lock. Also took the pressure control valve apart.
I am ready to try replacing  the steering brick. 
What else can be the cause? Tia
