The engine itself can be 3d printed.
I've never done this but find it intriguing enough.

Who here(there are) has a plasma cnc machine.
Point
Engine is simple
Dish is simple
Using servo moters is relatively simple.
Now you go make your own solar cells and
produce more electric in one single spot.
Dish is a option.
Hot box anything that creates a temp change.
It's all available if someone wants to try and tackle
it.
