East central Iowa

In his ruling, Black cited the doctrine of sovereign immunity precluded an argument that the legislature had passed a law requiring an impossible action because “the law never requires impossibilities.

I was reading an article and ran across a ruling that I thought was interesting.  Reading that ruling makes me wonder.  Makes my tag line right.
