We background some here on the NC coast kind of odd balls in our area. Have a good buyer that buys us 4-5 weights. Usually starting in sept or oct. will buy enough to put together several loads and sell them on video auction at 750-850. Run them on rye grass, rye and oats and plenty of peanut hay, peanut skins and some corn silage Some years we do more loads then others.
Anybody here consider themselves in the stocker/backgrounder business?
