This is going off an old version of software, but if you go into toolbox, drive tab on the bottom, is the autoguidance type set to DGPS or AFS Accuguide(don't remember the exact wording)
The options there are None, DGPS, Row, and Edge. DGPS is the correct option for AFS AccuGuide systems, even if AFS RowGuide is also used.
