You could use a 115-0171-793 to do this. The unlabeled end from this cable that will fit will plug into the back of the Cruizer on port A, the Display cable from the SmartSteer will plug into port A on the cable, and port C will be available to output GPS to an external device like the 20/20. Unfortunately, the GPS output is pretty much locked in at what is coming from the internal receiver and is not adjustable in this scenario, since both of the adjustable ports are used to communicate with the SmartSteer, so you're stuck with GGA and VTG at 10 Hz and ZDA at 1 Hz (if I remember this right) or nothing at all.
