I'm wrong. I had to move the floater, and I looked at ours.
It's 'Application Offset'. You need to change that from '0' to a distance 'back'. It is on your picture 1196, note (b), the second picture from the bottom.
I'm guessing greater than 0, I tried 15' and 28' on a whim and it worked. It will then allow you to choose whether the implement is drawn or 3 point.
