NESD | That globe was released in 1996, it was only for yield mapping on a combine, it received the L Band, I don't recall how long it was used but thinking three years as I think the Gen II ( High Dome) was released in 1999.
The version shown with the metal disc is I believe the second version of the L Band receiver, the first version did not have the disc, I have one without the disc and would really to find one with the disc for my collection. Anyone ?
