Can't help you with the pie, but Mike Warnke- comedian back in the day- used a cherry pie to illustrate the trinity. I know this isn't "the answer" but it was funny at the time, and I always think of it when I eat a piece of GOOD cherry pie; He said "The trinity- Father, Son and Holy Spirit can be understood as to a cherry pie! Not one of those Northern pies that you cut and take out a stiff piece and the sides stay up etc. No I mean a good Southern cherry pie, like mama used to make. You know the kind that you cut it and try to take a piece out and the insides flow everywhere but on your plate? Just imagine cutting a Southern cherry pie into three pieces; on the outside you have three distinct pieces, but on the inside it is still one big cherry pie! Our Tri-une God is like that; Three distinct "personalities" on the outside, but one God on the inside!"
