south africa | THANKS MAN, NOW I'M GETTING SOMEWHERE AT LAST,,,
but its a bit more complicated for me, I only have the lose wires of the flow meter and pressure regulating valve!!
The flow meters 3 wire are brown, blue and black, am I right to say brown is 12v +, blue 12v -, and black is signal??
On the trimble end the flow contol wiring don't go to the 39pin plug, but to a separate 8pin plug (pic below) with pinouts;
1- 12V +
2- INC/DEC (OPEN VALVE)
3- FLOW SIGNAL
4- SHIELD GROUND
5- 12V -
6- BLANK
7- INC/DEC (CLOSE VALVE)
8- 5VDC (OUT)
looks like I can use 1 and 6 for flow meter power(and 3)
then 2 and 7 goes to pressure valve
I do not know what 4 (shield ground) is, but looks like I don't need it... and 8 (5vdc out) I recon is when you have a 5v flow meter?
My idea is to just extend the wiring to the 39pin plug and stick them at the open pins( like I did with the sections)
please correct me where I'm wrong
