Subject: ATU 200 in 7810 JD

SE ND
Does anyone have any pictures of an atu in a 7810? I think we got the wrong anti rotation bracket. Looks like its supposed to be a clamp thats attaches to the column neck. We got a plate with multiple angles and then 2 tabs rest against the plastic where the lights and wiper controls are and it feels like the atu is going to rip the column apart. The ATU 200 is so abrupt when it turns it puts a lot of torque on the plastic. Is there anyway to make it less aggressive? Our EZ steers turn nice and smooth this thing slams back and forth, nature of the beast? I feel like it's going to need column shims too with how hard the ATU twists. Really disappointed right now. Tried recommended settings but it doesn't make the motor turn any less harsh, there's also a tiny amount of slop in the bushing, is this normal? The bushing slips right on and the teeth are correct but there's a slight amount of play in the wheel rocking back and forth.

Hope you guys can help some, thanks!
