Run a business card around the edge of the screen. Then take a air wand and blow around the edge of the screen. Do this sequence again. See if that helps your touchscreen problem
I thought I was going to have to replace my screen and was using a mouse also. This procedure fixed it for me.
Ive done that several times, and run touch calibration twice. It seems like it will work correctly, while in use at that time. But, if I shut 20/20 off, when I turn it back on, problem reoccurs . No, big deal, if it will work for awhile after double calibrating, and I have my mouse available. Not sure if its worth the $800 + to have it fixed, at this time.
