You just need a FieldView module. Plugs right into the side. As for touchscreen repair, I know Insource solutions works on precision items. I just had a rowflow fixed there. 1-877-800-3838 is their number. I have a FieldView module I would sell if your interested.
Does the module cable plug into the bottom usb slot on the 20/20,, I would assume?
