I use that road pro in my trucks all the time.

A hamburger wrapped in foil heats up fast, the buns are carried in zip lock bags. We make a ham and cheese concoction that you put in a burger bun, wrap in foil and heat it. GREAT. Chicken wings, left over chops, steaks, or any meat in foil come out great. Left over pizza on a foil sheet comes out just fine.

A mini loaf pan (foil) holds a fair size portion of lasagna or other pasta dishes.

Soups are a bit hard to handle if you're moving.

One word of caution, if you decide to charge your phone and cook, using a 2 wired splitter, you may well melt the plug where it goes into a power port. The splitters are a bit too light wire gauge to handle the draw of the cooker.
