NW Ohio | Actually depending on when the Lidar data was collected, it can be as good as an RTK survey. Where I live in Ohio, they have excellent data. They took a reading every 2 feet. When I do a RTK survey it is either every 5 or 10 feet depending on what I set it at and my swaths are ever 25-50 feet.
If you look at the attached picture, the black topo lines are from my RTK survey where the color lines are from LIDAR data. Personally the difference is they have a shot every 2 feet, I had 10 feet with 50' swaths
