ECIL | Really saved the day for me. Earlier I posted about needing to remove three broken bolts from my planter. They were in a bad spot on each row unit. The first came out easily, other two took some tinkering after drilling but the bits really helped. I got a small set of Irwin cobalt bits. Well worth the money.

KMech, I replaced all the bolts with Grade 8 per your suggestion. All the other ones came out easily. A few were barely snug and one apparently worked out earlier over time. I did all the work with the planter in transport (3500). I'm short enough accessing the areas needing attention posed no problem.
Thanks to everyone for their ideas! | |
