NE Iowa | So I posted over the weekend that I bought a used sprays "as is" and got home with it a realized all 162 sprayer tips were taken off the sprayer. Salesman said I should have been told the tips weren't included as that is the dealerships policy to not sell used tips because of liability issues. I was never told the tips weren't mine so I was not happy. I politely complained hoping to at least be offered some tips at cost but was offered a 15% discount and told not to believe everything I read on agtalk in a snotty tone. I guess the salesman didn't like the fact that the overwhelming majority of you agree with me. Thanks for all the advice. And to the salesman I dealt with, funny thing, I found a set of tips in the toolbox of the sprayer that I guess you can be held liable for if they fail because you didn't remove them. | |
