Nebraska | I dont have much good to say about nebraska's game and parks i dont think many do. They keep raising hunting and fishing permits and licenses each and every year. I think fishing permit went up $7 from '16-'17. Its 3 dollars behind an unresident iowa fishing license which seems silly. They suck at fishing reports like every other state seems to have atleast attempted to do on most decent sized lakes.
The budget increases by a substantial amount each year and most lakes around the state are still outhouses(which are fine if they are kept up) and hardly any electrical hookups for camping. The big parks are about the only ones that are nice.
They spend more money on trout that die before they all get caught than trying to make the parks that people go to better...and that is why everybody travels to catch decent fish. | |
