| Hi Eric, well, a maintain is better then a gain. Late night snacks are a hard one. If you are doing low carb, you can munch on any meat or low carb thing. If you are counting calories, some fruits or veggies at night would be good. Try and not do any processed foods. Never easy, is it. Or try and get your mind off food by doing something. If your daughter is still awake, play with her, she will love it. Have a good week. | |
