Well, holy cow Shelly, you are just going gangbusters here. You lost 5.4 pounds this past week and Mike lost 1.6. Do you realize that you are closing in on 40 pounds lost. You didn't say, did your kids notice how much you and Mike have lost? I hope so. Bet it was much more fun playing with the grandkids too. You guys rock. Have a great week.
